Freeze Defense Return Policy
Freeze Defense offers a 14 day return policy starting from the date you received your order, not the date of purchase.
For example, if you place an order on October 1st and package tracking information shows your order was delivered on October 8th, you have 14 calendar days from October 8th to return your order.
Any item listed as clearance is all sales final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are permitted on clearance items. All Sales Final.
If you place an order during the holiday season, defined as November 15th through December 20th, you have until January 20th to return or exchange your order.
- Start a Return/Exchange request by clicking on the button on the top of this page.
- Jackets returned or exchanged must be returned in the bag they came in, be in un-worn condition, with the original hang tags still attached.
- Securely package the item back into the box you received your order in, or use a different box.
- Print the prepaid label generated, and drop off the package to any FedEx Office or FedEx location nearest you. You can also use a different carrier, but you are responsible for the shipping cost.
- Exchanges are free and incur no additional shipping or return fees.
- Refunds will not include original shipping costs. If you use the prepaid return label we provide, you will be charged a $9.99 return shipping fee, deducted from your refund.
- If you use a different carrier to ship, we are not responsible for any lost/missing package delivery problems.

What happens after we receive your return
After we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it is in un-worn condition with the hang tags still attached.
If the conditions are met, we will either exchange the item per your request, or refund. Exchanges of sizes incur no additional shipping charges. If you are requesting a refund, original shipping, and a $9.99 return shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are issued within 24 hours after receipt of your package to our facility, but can take as long as 7 days to post back to your credit/debit card, depending on your bank policy.
